  • Sports Day & BBQ

    Published 27/06/19

Our annual sports day will take place on Thursday 11th July and, in keeping with tradition, we will be holding a Barbecue for staff and pupils.  The Barbecue is ticket only, for the fantastic price of just £3.00.  This will buy a burger in a bun or a hotdog, an ice-cream and a drink.   Tickets will be available at the canteen tills from Monday 1st July until the end of lunchtime on Wednesday 10th July but will not be sold on the day.  As we operate a cashless catering system, please ensure your child’s lunch account is topped up to cover the cost of the ticket, as well as their daily food entitlement.  Accounts can be topped up as normal via ParentPay (minimum £10).   Please ensure your child remembers to bring their ticket with them on the day to avoid disappointment!

Please be aware that there will be no other food available at break or lunchtime from the school kitchen on sports day, however, breakfast will be available as normal. Your child will need to bring a packed lunch with them on the day if they have not bought a ticket.

This has always proved very popular with pupils in the past and I am sure this year will be just as much fun!

Sadly, we are unable to invite parents to Sports Day due to the numbers involved.
